Dr. Joel Caraballo took Dentistry and graduated Cum Laude at the University of Puerto Rico. He then moved to New York City to become Chief Resident at Montefiore Medical Center where he specifically worked with medically compromised and dental-anxiety prone patients, amongst others.
He gained significant experience treating patients usually intimidated by dental work under sedation, with a reassuring and comfortable professional practice.
Dr. Caraballo made the move cross-country in 2020 after traveling around the world to work in Los Angeles which reminds him of the sun-drenched climate of his native island of Puerto Rico. Working at New Image Dental, Dr. Caraballo continues to specialize with patients with apprehension about dental work, while providing highest quality results and satisfaction for patients.
